Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to cancel it before processing begins, but once it’s been packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Additional Terms & Conditions
– Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused or gently used, and with proof of purchase.
– Shipping costs for returns may apply in select cases.
– Damage caused by misuse, drops, or water exposure is not covered under warranty.
– Refunds are processed to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” or purchased with deep discounts (including sitewide promotions) are not eligible for refund/returns or the lifetime warranty.
