True Beauty Glow Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

This Agreement describes and provides the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) that govern and apply to your participation in True Beauty Glow’s (the “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Affiliate Program (the “Program”).

You may only participate in the Program if you are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Your participation in the Program constitutes your express consent to these Terms.

Failure to comply with these Terms will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and all related privileges, as well as forfeiture of all unpaid commissions earned through the Program.

True Beauty Glow reserves the right to pursue any and all legal or equitable claims arising from any violation of these Terms. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Your continued participation in the Program following any such change shall constitute your agreement to the updated Terms.

1. Program Communications & Platform Requirements

True Beauty Glow will provide regular guidance and updates regarding permitted and prohibited usage of affiliate links and your participation in the Program via online platforms designated by our team. You are required to join such platforms upon invitation and are expected to remain up to date with all guidance provided, regardless of whether you actively access the platforms.

2. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

Reusing original content from True Beauty Glow or other creators without permission
Sharing your affiliate link on public websites (e.g., Reddit, Google, coupon/deal sites)
Bidding on True Beauty Glow brand terms via advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads)
Promoting your link on True Beauty Glow’s corporate pages or other creators’ content
Disparaging True Beauty Glow, its employees, products, or practices in any form
Using inappropriate language, hate speech, or controversial topics while promoting
Requesting order updates from moderators or staff who do not have access
Messaging employees or staff on personal social media
Asking staff or representatives for unreleased drop dates or inventory updates

Violation of these rules will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

3. Content Usage and Compensation

By participating in the Program, you agree that:

True Beauty Glow may use any videos, photos, or content you create to promote the brand in ads, on social media, and across digital platforms.

If your content is selected for paid advertising use, you will receive a $300 compensation per video selected.

4. Legal Eligibility and Representation

You represent and warrant that:

You are at least 18 years of age
You have the authority to enter this agreement and will not breach any third-party agreements
You will not infringe on any intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
You will not produce or promote abusive, false, harassing, obscene, racist, or otherwise inappropriate content

True Beauty Glow reserves full discretion in your participation and may terminate or modify your participation or these Terms at any time.

5. Payment and Termination

Upon termination of your participation or deactivation of your affiliate link, we will provide a final report of earned commissions up to the termination date, and pay them in accordance with our payment policy.

Commissions earned in violation of these Terms will be forfeited.

6. Confidentiality & Proprietary Information

You agree to keep all non-public, proprietary, or confidential information (“Proprietary Information”) received from True Beauty Glow strictly confidential both during and after your participation in the Program.

Proprietary Information does not include publicly available information, or information lawfully obtained by you outside of the Program.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless True Beauty Glow, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or misconduct in the Program.

8. Public Statements

You may not publicly declare affiliation with True Beauty Glow without written permission, nor may you make negative statements about the brand, its employees, or operations.

9. Independent Contractor Relationship

Your relationship with True Beauty Glow is that of an independent contractor. You are not an employee and are not entitled to company-sponsored benefits. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your earnings.

10. Legal Terms

Assignment: You may not assign this Agreement without written consent.
Modification: We may update these Terms at any time without notice.
Arbitration: Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
Severability: If any clause is found unenforceable, it will not affect the remaining Terms.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce a clause does not waive the right to do so later.
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement governing your participation in the Program.

11. Voluntary Participation

By joining the True Beauty Glow Affiliate Program, you affirm that:

You have read, understand, and agree to all the Terms above
You enter into this agreement voluntarily and with full knowledge
You understand you may consult legal counsel before agreeing
